About Your Teacher






 Welcome!

My name is Mrs. Moore. This will be my third year teaching 5th grade. St. Peter's Catholic Church has been my home parish since I was born. I taught PSR (Public School Religion) at St. Peter's in past years with my mom. Since then I went on to get my Associates degree in teaching at State Fair Community College and then my Bachelors degree at the University of Central Missouri. In April of 2022 I got married to my best friend here at St. Peter's Church. My husband and I have bought a house here in Jefferson City and have been remolding it all summer. We also adopted a puppy this summer. We now have two dogs, an aquatic turtle and many fish. My hobbies include fishing, swimming, relaxing and seeing friends. My favorite color is baby blue and I really enjoy Reese's Peanut Putter Cups. Fun fact about me is that I was born on Halloween. 

I am very honored and blessed to be working here at St. Peter's. I am looking forward to getting to know each of your kids and working with you.

Announcements : May 3rd is my last day with the kiddos as I will be leaving for Maternity leave. That being said please be aware the blog will not be updated everyday and it is your child's responsibility to know what they need to be studying for/ completing for homework. Their work and tests will still be taken for grades. This will be good practice for them for 6th grade! Have a great summer!
